I would like to hire an Android Developer

What i need at the moment (for lack of time) is someone to just finish the mobile app of my project. This app allows some limited features of the full project(desktop only atm) to be used in mobile to, everything works perfectly regarding the features intended to be used there. To be specific: 1 One of this services allows the user to make and recieve calls (webrtc javascript based), and i want the app to behave accordingly, turn on screen, unlock it, show the app(because the call is in there) till the ring ends or is canceled/answered. 2 Making sure the app is always able to recieve data when the app is in idle/sleep/minimized "all states" by the user or even killed(dont know much about that state, what is possible there). 3 Make sure the above supports all/most android phones. After this, finish the app to be ready to download install and use. In my opinion it is a fast job, since the work needed does not imply messing into the project or do any aplication/service, its only in the app itself and connections with the device hardware based in already existing triggers, meanning the intervention that i need here is almost copy-past code into it. Assuming most devs that did this already "should have it at hand". There is also the possibility to re-hire for other tweeks in it, and also make the same thing after for an ios app.
