Write an Android application

I want a simple Android App to be developed as per below: 1. Login through Facebook / Google 2. Has an About Page / Tutorial 3. Landing Page showing Profile pic (as extracted from FB / G+) and a Pie Chart Report 4. App would act as a simple Log Book keeping record of 4 simple questions. The answers would be from a drop down menu with 3-4 options. User should also have the choice to add a few Custom options. 5. With Each Question there would be a secondary Question attached? Answer would be from Drop down menu list - Good / Bad. No Custom Option here. 6. Remarks may be added with each answer - but not mandatory. 7. Once all 4 answers are entered - the log may be saved on a server. 8. User should be able to generate pie chart reports for self-analysis and also share / export reports in csv or pdf formats. 9. App should send push notifications to the user for entering the Log every 4 hours. No notifications at night. 10. Provision for Ads should be kept for revenue generation. 11. Share the App with friends is a standard feature. I am looking at hiring a developer who would become a long term partner in the project. I would be sharing revenues with the partner.
