Write an iPhone, Android application

Hi there I'd like to have mobile applications developed for iOS and Android. We basically need to convert the web version of [login to view URL] into a mobile app with more features. The catch is that we do not own amizone.net. It is the website of Amity University and we are students without the direct database access but have our own ID and Password to log into Amizone and see the content. There are apps like Amity, Amizoner which do the same thing but we need to make a better app with amazing UI/UX and with features (like Chat, Attendance Analysis) these apps do not have. So, Can you build the app? If yes, give me a quote and time window for both Android and iOS apps. Please note that we have high expectations and want to build a quality product.
