Write a Mobile Multiple Platform App for Data Collection and Analysis..... - 03/04/2018 22:39 EDT

Currently using Google Drive Spreadsheets to capture data from multiple users and collating same type data from multiple users into other spreadsheets, but lacking security and automatic reporting ability which is required. Currently have individual users completing multiple spreadsheets and all spreadsheets are linked to collection sheets for data analysis - which is currently being done manuallly. Spreadsheets have worked well as the type of data that is needed to be collected, although similar, does have some variables. Also have been able to use the spreadsheets to provide word document type information. Need to have an administrator who would be able to add and remove access to spreadsheets for individual users over time. Envisage that the new user would be given a specific login code (or similar) and when using this code, it would give them access to the collection sheets that they need to complete. These sheets might be completed on a daily basis, requiring up to 10 different data entry variables. Each day when a user completes his data entry, he would submit this to a third part - pre-determined- (electronically) who would need to be able to read and verify the information that has been reported and then forward the verified information back to the administrator (or data library) where all information would sit, but be able to have reports run on the data being collected. The administrator would also need to be able to add new (pre - designed) data collection sheets for existing users and also to be able to add new collection sheets as the app expands and also to be able to edit the existing collection sheets within the app. Need to be able to operate the app across iPhone, Android and Tablet and be able to administer the app from computer. Also many users of the intended app are of limited reading and writing ability so app needs to be simple and easy to navitage.
