Write a single page Xamarin Form App (POC UI only)

Create a POC (a single Page) Xamarin Form App that can load a list of car enquiry (see attached). You can make up the JSON source for this page. Each enquiry has fields like: 1. Title 2. Description 3. Type 4. EpochTime 5. Make 6. Model (2000-2017) 7. Year 8. Engine Type (Diesel, Petrol) There are 2 special features in this page: 1. Ability to Filter by Make, Model, Year, and Engine Type 2. Ability to unhide/hide each enquiry and show the "action buttons" Please note: Action Buttons differ based on a type - describe in a separate JSON file. There are 5 types of enquiry: 1. Sales Alert 2. Q&A 3. Service Booking 4. Announcement 5. Booking As you can see, the second screen shows the action buttons. The POC simply launch a page to show the user can tap on the action. Delivery of POC, written in C# in VS2017 Solution, Code walkthorugh via TeamViewer, use of Xamarin Form (not Native) and PCL (not Shared). This POC is to show this kind of UI works under Xamarin Form.
