Hello from Costa Rica. I offer you a database solution designed with FileMaker, an open source application very similar to MS Access, but better. But do not take my word for it, send your Excel file and I will clean all duplicated records, create a macro to do the cleaning automatically, export results to Excel if wanted, or import from excel as well. If you haven't heard or do not know about FileMaker, give it a try. You won't regret it.
