Fix Interspire Slow upload of contacts

Dear Freelancer, this is a fast tweak but client does not know where to look - you MUST have done that before. Here's the situation : The contacts database on Interspire is slow to upload. Here the background : The main server is a 24 cores - 192 GB DDR - upload speed is 300 Mb/s - download speed is 600+ Mb/s - we created with promox 1 vps with 1 GB and 25 GB HDD - We have a similar setup elsewhere with lower specs(12 cores and 64 GB) , and the upload there is lightning fast. The chosen freelancer will login and work via teamviewer directly on client's computer. Freelancer will be chosen this afternoon and can use promox details to view all the specs etc...
