Mobile + Webscraping project

I am looking for a webscaper to help with this project that has the potential to grow into a longer-term opportunity. The budget for this specific task is $50. I have a number of websites and mobile apps (3 mobile apps; 1 api; 4 websites) I am looking to scrape data from and write the data to an SQL database. Each data source has multiple (often many) urls I need to scrape data from, but this can be easily achieved with a "for loop", as the data structure on each individual url for each of the 8 data sources is exactly the same. I will provide full specs for data sources, logins, and mysql credentials. The software must be written in python and tested directly on my server to make sure the scraping script works accurately and completely. We should also be mindful to make sure all text formatting (including foreign characters, removing trailing spaces, etc.) writes cleanly and accurately to the database.
