Odoo 10 Create a new clean DB with superusers and import several data form the present one

We are running an Odoo 10 ERP over AWS, using the trial DB (full of fake example data) mixed with relevant data.
We are looking for an Odoo expert to:
0. backuo current DB
1. create a blank DB (with superusers)
2. clean current DB
we provide a mere list of data to be imported and to be cancelled in xls
Please note this list won´t be a directly uplodable to the site you need to work on the db
we are talking on very few field less then 150
3. import data in new DB
This task is part of a much larger project and we are looking for a log-term relationship.
- We are looking for a real odoo expert with a track record
- no payment upfront one milestone only on fully delivered task
- max 2 day (this task is supposed to last max 8hrs)
