Reduce ibdata1 without loosing information

To whom it may concern,
-The job will be done via Teamviewer.
-I only have access via SSH (Plesk is down because of MySQL is too big).
-I am unsure of mysql password, I do have root access. For MySQL, I normally enter via Plesk.
-MySQL isn't workig to drop (unless you have a way around this).
-Data must not be lost, I cannot loose anything unless you ask me before.
-The price must be final (I am happy to give you more details before you finish bidding).
-The solution must be robust enough for me to work with plesk and to be able to upgrade MySQL in the future without issues created when fixing the database today.
-I don't think that dividing the Db will help.
