User, Equipment and Materials scheduling application.

I'm looking for someone to write a user, equipment and materials scheduling application. The application would be written in VB.net, will utilize Windows Forms, and have a MySQL back end. The application would have to be multi-user in true client-server fashion. The output would need to resemble Microsoft Outlook's calendar interface. Data will be stored in the database for retrieval upon application load. Data will be written to the database on addition/modification/deletion. The user will be able to change the view to display day, week, month and year options. The user will be able to change the timeline to have precise scheduling. The user will be able to enter items from a menu or from a right-click menu, on the calendar. Images attached use the DotNetBar, from DevComponents. Similar functionality/visual is required.
