I am in need of a Neopets autobuyer, Neopets is a virtual pet website. an autobuyer is a program that buys items from the shops automatically. the autobuyer needs to have, a login system(the program should be able to login via cookies) it should have haggle percentages(high and low) needs to have a thing where i can upload my own buy lists, needs to have a shop select menu, refresh rates(high and low) and it needs to display how many refreshes it has, how many seconds it has until the next refresh, the items that are restocked in the shop, and the items that i have currently baught. I DONT WANT TO SPEND OVER 100$ ON THIS! 50$ IS THE HIGHEST I WILL GO.
