Remote Contract Agent Network Specifications

ITEM SPECIFICATIONS:

Computers Supported: Laptops and regular desktop computers that meet network specs

Not Permitted: Macintosh computers, tablets, or any desktop virtual environment.

Processor Supported: Minimum 3.6 GHz for single core processors. All dual core + processors are accepted.

RAM Minimum of 2048MB (2.0GB) usable memory. Recommended 4096 MB (4.0 GB) installed memory.

Monitor Supported: Minimum 13 inch, resolution of 1024x768.

Not Permitted: TV’s monitors as screens,

Keyboard & Mouse Required.

Headset Mandatory: You must use a corded USB headset.

Router and Network Systems Mandatory: All network devices must be hardwired and the router must support VPN pass-through. IP address must begin with 192. Computer/laptop must use a built-in Ethernet card.

Not Permitted: More than one network card.

Internet Speed Mandatory: High Speed Cable or DSL internet service.

Not Permitted: Wireless or Satellite ISPs Green (NEED TO BE IN GREEN)

Download speed- Download 5001 kbps and higher

Upload 401 kbps and higher

Download COS 70% and higher

Upload COS 70% and higher

Note: Windows 7 or 10

A reliable, working computer with a minimum of 2GB RAM. 4GB preferred.

Minimum 4.0 mbps download speed and minimum 401 kbps upload ( Check speed through link) [login to view URL]

High speed internet, fiberoptic, cable or ethernet. ( No Dial Up or Wireless.)

Must have one of following operating systems - Any Windows

Basic telephone line with no extras ( i.e. fax, voicemail)

VOIP/USB headset with mic for training preferred brands are Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, but similar brands accepted.(Can be found at various stores or online)

VOIP phone system to service clients

This position is taking inbound calls for a popular US home appliance brand. The agent must work a minimum of 45 hours per week. If I can find a team of 2 who can work together hours required would be about 60 per week combined. Scheduling includes 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts in EST timezone must have open availability to work any shift.

Pay will be $4.00 USD per hour, depending on contract. There is training and testing required before production. Training will last 2-6 weeks. Must pass exam to work in this position.

************TRAINING IS UNPAID

9/24/18 – 10/26/18 UNPAID TRAINING then 10/29/2018 – 12/15/2018 will be paid during call taking portion of training, self-paced and class training during this period is unpaid.

POSITION REQUIRES 40-50 HOURS OF WORK PER WEEK once in prod. PERMANENT LONGTERM POSITION!
