First you need to know how many devices you need to conect to the lan in each office, then if its gonna be by ethernet or wifi. If the ports of Dream Machine SE are not enough, you need to buy a switch. I recommend the Unifi Lite 16 PoE. If the lan will be on wifi I recommend the Unifi U6 Long-Range or U6 Enterprise, one per room. The ISP modem needs to be in bridge mode to configure the site to site VPN. That configuration will be done after configuring the controller in some local computer or server. And finally all the sites needs to have a diferent IP range in order to configure de VPN.
