Hi I am commencing a start up in Melbourne. This start up is operating in the freight forwarding industry (logistics) and is in need of some IT support. We will need help configuring emails, setting up remote working stations, equipment set up, installation of network security etc. Working predominately on cloud based systems such as Office 365 knowledge of this is required. Looking for commencement as soon as possible.

Hi am Jean, Currently I am working as an IT Helpdesk Engineer for a US-based company, my task are monitoring network, Assisting clients issue using our Ticketing system, installing updates to workstation and server applications. Also, I am able to create Cloud Desktop for employees as requested by their company, Creation of Email address such as Outlook, I am also knowledgeable in Office 365 portal, because here at my Company I always used that to create a user email address, delete email addresses and also forward all incoming emails in a specific email address to another as requested by the client. If you can gave me chance, I can enlighten you more. In our time I can work anytime, shifting schedule doesn't bother me, I am flexible in my job! Thank you.
