Back-end development of Android app using Node.js and MongoDB

I'm looking for developer who implements APIs and Admin Panel for Transportation (Car Rental) Android app. You can assume the current requirements (first version) as a tiny version of Uber. Tasks need to be done • Server setup • User App APIs (Major modules are) - Register & Signup module - Finding and Booking a Ride module - Cancel a Ride module • Driver App APIs (Major modules are) - Enable or Disable of Service - Accept, Start and End a Ride • Admin Panel - User Module (with CRUD functions) - Driver Module (with CRUD functions) - Business Profile and Back-office payment -- User's who are taking ride for work-purposes and organization will pay on-behalf of them -- Current requirements: Creating organization, linking users and skipping payment post ride - Invoice view with few filters and allow to status update - Providing suggestions along with implementation of automate process of 'Finding best matched driver and making booking' (No live tracking is required for the moment) Please note: - I'm a Android developer and will develop android app. - I expect developer has previous working experience with required technologies and at least one system which supports booking. (Please share which platform or other tools needed for this task in your bid) - Developer can handle Admin panel design task, if any external help needed for same please inform. - I'm planning to start development from 29th of Jan and I expect developer can manage good amount of time as I wish to finish this release on 13th of Feb. - Payment Gateway integration is not considered at the moment. If any task related to Payment Gateway required, will be discussed. Thanks.
