Website which can handle 1Miliion requests per second

Am a technologist..so wanted to teach technology to my team... we wanted awesome full stack web developers Front end(React) + backend(spring) + kafka+ NoSQL db + SQL DB + Docker + Kubernetes+ Payment should be handled by (stripe and razor pay) Reads per second = 1Million reads per second Writes per second = 100,000 writes per second Tests cases must be written unit tests and object mocking. Website must load faster.. deploying in cloud, load balancing, caching...all should be used.. Am a coder myself..and i will review each and every checking in github..
