Senior Java/J2EE Developer

Descripción de empleo<br /><br />Job Description:<br /><br />Defect analysis and fixing, Impact analysis & CR development for OMS application<br /><br />Will assist with production support activities and production related issues.<br /><br />Work on OMS development with ample opportunity to grow professionally, functionally and technically<br />Develop software of high complexity in Java/ J2EE<br />Adhere to the organization’s software development standards in Agile Environment<br />Perform and design unit tests<br />Devise technical design from high-level/functional design provided.<br />Lead a task, development and Unit testing<br />Work in Agile Methodology and Coach/mentor others in their work.<br />Work closely on all levels with internal and external teams<br />Take responsibility of Epics and lead from design to delivery<br /><br />Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados<br /><br />Technical Skills:<br /><br />Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of Java/ J2EE, SQL, and UNIX.  Minimum 3+ years of experience<br />Application Server experience: Web logic or WebSphere<br />Oracle, Web Services, XML, XSL<br />Good knowledge of design patterns, data structure and ability to design and implement algorithms<br />Ability to work in challenging mode<br />Zero defect mindset<br />Experience in Agile environment<br />Excellent debugging and analytical skills<br />Excellent programming ability in client side technologies<br />Familiar with coding standards and methodologies<br />Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
