I have a open cart website, need a developer to import products, categories and related data into system.
Products have following filters:
Models, Years
there can be more than 1 value associated with a product.
Products have following attributes:
supplier name: it will be only 1 for 1 product.
can be couple of more, depending on your recommendation.
Products don't have any option(s).
Sample sheet attached.
If you recommend some plugin, we can buy that, but in that case, you will need to reformat sheet according to plugin format. which is tedious job to do with 1800+ products.
I think, best is to write a simple small page/function to do this import in our custom format, but I am open to suggestions.
Product Images will be provided separately as folder. 1 folder for each Product. Folders will have "barcode" as name of folder and all images of that product will be in it. We can upload folders using FTP, then link the images with Products using our php script.
Category Images needs to setup using product images.
Person must have experience of open cart, he must know the tables and data involved in open cart, so he don't have to explore it.
