Develop PCB for push buttons

1. Develope a pcb for 4 push button 12*12*4 available on aliexpress or digikey in the Altium. The connector need to connect into raspberry pi compatible gpio.
2. Develope a software for linux and android to scan gpio raspberry pi and send get request if the push button in pushed for a short and long (more then 500ms) time are different URL.

I have written many different applications for the raspberry pi. I have extensive knowledge on the Raspbian OS which I would have the application scan the GPIOs periodically.
