Create cookbook print ready pdf file

A cookbook with 1,356 recipes was ready to print when the decision was made to change the format to Better Homes and Garden format and add 2,700 recipes. The Better Homes and Garden format is primarily recipe pages with a font small enough to print four to ten recipes per page in two columns, attachment 1). A quote is needed to: 1. Type 2,700 recipes from hardcopy source data, attachment 2) into a Better Homes and Garden pdf format matching the 1,356 recipes with ingredient listing headers, attachment 3). All recipes will be copied on individual sheets of 8 1/2 x 11 paper, organized in print order in accordance with the attachment 4 table of contents and assigned a unique sequence number and table of contents category code. The following standard recipe measurement abbreviations shall be used: teaspoon tsp tablespoon T cup C pound lb pint pt quart qt package pkg ounce oz 2. Convert 1,356 recipes already in a proofed print ready pdf file to the Better Homes and Garden cookbook two column format. See sample pages to convert in attachment 3). 3. Finally, add the 2,700 recipes to the appropriate table of contents category, attachment 4) into one cookbook print ready pdf file. a. The page count goal is 550 pages or less. b. The pages shall be 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches. c. Title page and eight category index pages shall be used as is. d. Eight alphabetized category index content listings shall be updated to reflect the additional 2,700 recipes. Index listings shall be three columns. e. The index at the end of the cookbook shall be updated to reflect the 2,700 recipes and alphabetized in three columns without table of contents categories. f. The table of contents page numbers shall be updated to reflect the 2,700 recipes. g. There will be four photographs. 4. A routine period of performance is requested. Expedited effort is not required.
