Cartoonist, Flash Designer and Website Expert

I have 2 separate requests but ideally I will hire only 1 designer to do these: **Anime or Manga :** 1. I need the designer to create for me **2 Anime or Manga characters** (a boy and? girl) like what you see at anime.com. using vector software such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw.. The boy should be in a warrior attire and the girl in school uniform. If you can do simple flash animation on? the characters that will be a plus **Logo Design** 2.? I need you to design a Logo for Chavacano.asia.. Chavacano is a spanish-like dialect or language.. The site caters to both Chavacano speaking people and those want to learn the dialect. If you do good in these 2 projects I will hire you for more projects such as: 1. GUI (user interface) 2. Icon Designer 3. Website design with flash intro 4. 3D Animation In order to be considered, PORTFOLIO is a must to see. I dont care if you have 100 ratings or 0 ratings.. I would go for someone who can show his excellence in Graphics by his/her portfolio. So I may know you read the entire job description pls mention "Anime and Logo" in your bid. ?
