Part time long term reliable Real Estate Photo Editor (25 + hours a week)

I need 2 long term reliable photo editors who is available 25-30 hours a week. Must know Lightroom and some Photoshop. We are based in the U.S so I need someone who is preferably in Asia or Europe as you can work during our night. The pay is per photo.
The work load is a lot with anywhere between 800-1800 images per day. So I will need to split it between two people. The pay is $0.025 per photo. 90% of the editing is done in Lightroom and 10% is removing signs and cameras in Photoshop. You need to be very fast at editing.
Must be available during Saturdays.
Requirements:
- available for 20-30 hours per week on a long term basis
- must be familiar with Lightroom and Photoshop (we only work in Lightroom and PS)
- must be reliable and communicative
- must have reliable internet connection as you will be downloading and uploading hundreds of files each day
- must be available on Saturdays
