I need programming for a web portal that allows users to search and list Real Estate Properties. I am already working with a graphic designer, but will need programmer with strong graphic design skills to tie together html and code and provide any additions graphic design needed to complete project. I require a powerful and robust backend system that make its extremely easy and user-friendly to update and manage content. Major features include but are not limited to the following: 1) automated membership management: a)automated registration b)automated account activation via e-mail c)login d)automated password resets e)strong access and privileges management for multiple membership levels (user either an individual or a professional broker/agent account) f) administrator needs to be able to monitor, modify, deactivate/reactivate any account or feature of an account. 2)user-friendly listing feature: a)ability of user to easily and quickly create a listing (fill in textboxes, select dropdown options, upload files and images), b)make payment via credit card c)post property listing and get confirmation via email. 3)content management system a)administrator needs to be able to monitor, modify, deactivate/reactivate any listing or section of listing b)automated performance tracking system that monitors viewing statistics for listings c)robust module for running reports on listings by listing type, property type, property subtype, business type, industry, business category, state, region, city, county, zipcode. d) user can login and go into edit mode to edit listing at any time. d) from my account area, user can quickly use link to invite others to view their listing by just providing a valid email address for person being invited e) user can login, go to my account, and select upgrades for listing, make payment via credit card for upgrades. f) user automatically notified via e-mail prior to listing expiring, with automatic link available to renew listing and/or select upgrades for listing. 4) integrated accounting system a) listing automatically unlisted when reach expiration date, however, saved in user's my account b) adminstrator can review and run reports for all payments made by day, week, month, quarter,semi-annually, yearly for individual user or all users or customized group c) user can review payments made to their account via My account 5) communication a) blind email system, user email not revealed, sent through site link 6) management of advertisement and promotion of listings a) user has option of adding standard, featured or private listing. featured listings get more exposure and appear above standard listings in search results, on homepages on random basis, so I need automated system that manages listing appearing in designated areas on timing/schedule for amount of time appearing. private listing are confidential and don't show up in general searches. These listings are viewed only by invitation only. Viewer must be given link and password for listing to be viewed. 6b)Professional Directory user has option of joining professional directory and choosing either a standard or featured directory listing c)adminstrator can manually edit listing featured or set default listing to be featured 7) lead generation system a) automatically collects completed lead generation forms b) automatically send alert to lead generation participants based on criteria set they have set. Link allows user receiving alert to view summary information about lead and option to purchase. User pays via credit and receives complete details of lead via e-mail. When lead is purchase a certain number of times, quota is met, and automatically unlisted and anyone clicking link get message that lead is "no longer available." c) pricing for each lead varies by type, pricing system in place to automatically assign price. d) tracking and reporting system I need code for loan calculators, amortization schedules, loan calculators. There are more features needed, but these are main ones! I need someone that has specific experience with this type of functinality. I need someone that can send me real examples of programming projects they have completed like this. So if you are not familiar with this type of site, please don't bid. Programmer must have creative ideas to compliment and enhance my plans. I need someone that can develop this site section by section. I need someone that works fast and efficient and code is clean and neat. Back-end, content-management system must be robust and comprehensive, so I need programmer that has ideas already on how layout buttons, features and functionality should flow.
