Create Web Based Version of a Exsiting Win Based Application

Looking for someone to create a subscription based web version of a windows application I wrote - Auction Lizard. Basic user functionality to include: - Log in/out, change password, etc. - User inputs information about item to sell at auction - User selects predefined template for auction - 'Software' outputs HTML code for user to copy and paste into auction description. - Saves copy of auction listing (HTML) for the user to recall at a later time. If you can tie into ebay, and post information automaticly rather then the user having to do it manually, that is a definte bonus. Basic Admin Functions to include: - Log IP address of all users. If multipile IPs are detected for one account, automaticly suspend account. - View/Edit/Delete User Account and information. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
May be created with Active Server Pages, ASP.NET, or PHP and SQL2000. Must run on Windows 2000 server, and all web browsers.
## Deadline information
Please include a brief outline of your experience with online auction software if applicable, and other relevant information that would be useful to this project. What I DON'T want is your company profile, or a bunch of hooey selling me on how wonderful you are. Also, unreasonably high bids, and bids without comments will be completly ignored.
