Example of outlook integration plugin we are looking for [login to view URL] Click on the “See the power button”. This is a flash demo of the Audio and Web scheduler we are looking for. Just the outlook integration portion of the demo.
We need server and client side portions for both systems (audio conference server and web conference server). The \"server side\" will sit on our system and be the external interface that the Outlook plugin (or whatever client side app) talks to. It will need to interface with the database and adopt the same security checks and balances that the web employs.
synchronization- If someone schedules a call via the web because they can\'t get to their Outlook for some reason, would you be able to be sent to the clients Outlook somehow? And would the responses from the Outlook invitations to be sent directly to the organizer or be filtered through the external \"server side\" subsystem so responses can be displayed on the web, too?
