Client/Server Services to Convert Data (Phase II)

We have 2 different services already coded working as client/server for sending out data from local machine to the internet. Both applications are working as services and the client app has a systray icon with a couple of options. Client application reads the local db, converts the data to xml and then uploads the xml file to the server. The server application reads the xml data and converts it into queries that are then ran on the server db, thus importing the xml data and finishing the data transfer process. We have got both applications up to a point but we now need to work on refining the process as some of the data still doesn't match up correctly.? ## Deliverables We have 2 different services already coded working as client/server for sending out data from local machine to the internet. We have a database mapping file that shows the relationships between the data. We also have a full list of changes that are required at this moment and we will give this list to the people that we would like to work with. The most important aspect is for you to understand the code. We hope to have a couple of sessions on Skype (so the ability to talk in english is a requirement) where we can answer questions related to the existing coding. Also, we will need to explain to you all the details related to the 2 apps. We are looking either for a coder that is not working full time and that can be available when needed 8-10 hrs per day OR for a company that can provide the services that we need. 8hrs per day availability is a must so if you can't do it, please don't bid.? Keep in mind that this will be a long time relationship because if it works, our software will be used on more than 10.000 PC's. Therefore, we are looking for a company that can be very serious and professional, at the same time having a good rate for us (we're just starting, so we don't have a big budget at the moment), rate that can go up once the software will start to be used on a larger scale (as we'll have more money to put into this) Attached are the source files of the project. Please take a look at those and explain to me briefly but with details (details not mentioned by me) what exactly is happening over there. Unfortunately, this is the only way i can be sure that you can understand the code and understanding the code is the only way to editing the code. Thanks for your time !
