ColdFusion/SQL event registration form

Job Description: ColdFusion/SQL coding for on-line event registration form. Candidate will need to perform the following tasks in a short amount of time (2 weeks at most). Basic data input and reports/email automation are important at this point (just get it 'up and running') - enhanced features will be added later. 1) Use client provided graphics/HTML layouts and create back-end ColdFusion code to accept user data into hosted database (MS Access). Database and CFMX7 server are on a shared-hosting server plan not located in clients office. Final presentation layer would be done using CFM forms if possible. Look/feel is important to this project due to target end-user experience levels. 2) Evaluate database columns to generate average age per group, group size based on rules, and assign fees based on group size. 3) If deadline permits, integrate payment gateway ([url removed, login to view]) with ColdFusion solution. Client has a license of a commercial shopping cart that may be used to complete payment gateway/entry form integration. 4) Generate a PDF report from ColdFusion to be sent to the user upon successful registration, as well as prepare an automated plain-text formatted report that will be emailed to client for importing into in-house MS Access application. 5) Candidate must be willing to use phone/messenger to communicate with client during office hours(GMT-6) as much as possible. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Flash 8 or higher - must be as platform independent as possible. Work on this project will eventually be moved to a fully Flash based interface in future versions. Please, no PC or Microsoft-specific solutions.
