Re-code PHP / MYSQL website.(repost)

Hello coders, Attached is the new spec's to a website. This will be a COMPLETE code re-write. I do not want any of the code from my old site used unless it is a small feature that is currently coded using proper standards. I also ask that the coders that bid on this be somewhat flexible with features. The may have been items that I missed that would be required for that particular feature to be implemented correctly. If I missed an entire section, you may be asked to impliment it in to the site. We would discuss it before you started work on that NEW section and you would be paided extra as a bonus after the job. But like I saw, features/options that I missed in the documentation to make that section work would be covered in this bid. Open to ideas on how to make this easier/faster (free 3rd party programs that can be implemented, etc. I would need to know what you plan to do before accepting the bid though. Rob ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
