Stats reports correction needed

Existing statistical reports forms and SQL database not functioning properly. Some report functions have never worked. Need someone to work on site in Owensboro, Ky to investigate and correct the problem. No external access, must be on-site. Data stored on SQL Server 2000, report forms in MSACCESS 2000/2003. MS ACCESS project used for reports. Criticial problem - need some ASAP. ## Deliverables 1) Investigate MS ACCESS forms, Stored procedures and SQL database tables to find problem. 2) Explain problem and suggested changes. 3) After approval to make changes then correct problems with reports and Stored procedures Deliver forms in ready-to-run condition 4)) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
