website development in php mysql

Hello, My website developpement is under way et i need php mysql skills. The website deals with building work quotations between professionals and customers. I'm a professional developer, but i'm a not competent in web technologies and have not time to spend in formation. main menus are: - our company (3 sub menus) - our services (3 sub menus) - subscribe to our offer (3 sub menus) - Contact us - Home What i want i a basically website. Simple, but with all the essentials. I don't want frames any more and don't need flash. I already designed the look and feel (see attached files). What the buyer have to do is to : - create database (approximately 5 tabes) with mysql and generate needed scripts for creation, update and delete - design web site functions according to my model (see attached file) - developp all html an php pages and forms. The site must be designed to improve web ranking (using keywords in each page meta...). The site must be designed in a simple way. If i need to modify a menu, add an article or a set of pages, it should be easy. The essentials and critic terms are the - the site is in french - the access to html page an php must be speed - all deliverables will be ready to be installed in maximum one month. it will be easier for you and me if you understand french but not necessary. Detailed requirements will be sent later. There is no special difficulties in this project.
