buddypress modification

hey freelancers i want to build a special social network using buddypress i need some small changes in 1- making the personal photo from specific photos i added or remove it ( any one u can do. its not not important ) 2- remove private chat 3- every user has his own calendar to fill it with his dates witch appear in the side bar in the profile - home - groups - pages 4-the ability to make "verify " to people and groups . the verified groups must allow users to join without confirmation 5- i need changes in the posting process . i want when the user post he must choose the kind of post from list of post kinds and every kind must has his own database 7- the uploaded files must not more than limited size about 10 m 8- i want advertising system which let the advertisers upload there banners which will appear only to specific users according to there profile information ( user will fill in the profile information like this college - his age - his gender - and also and the advertisers will choose what is the ages - genders and also he want to show them his banner and surely i want my control of how many times the banner will appear i haven't any problems to use any plugins but u must have the permission to use it for your clients i prefer egyptian or arab as general no design needed all i need this changes the duration not important all i care the quality and the price
