Build a full functional Responsive website Template

Hi, I need a professional Front-end designer/developer to finalize an already started template / Front-end. It's very important that the chosen developer finishes this project in a short period of time, I mean that the developer should work FULL time on this project and only on this project until it's done. The result should be a full functional and complete template. Everything in this front-end must work optimally. The template must have a responsive design for tablets and mobiles. Here you can see my started template : [login to view URL] see also the attached photos. The following work should be done: Landings page: 1-A bigger "Big-Page" button. 2-The Footer is not completed. Big-Page: 1- Place a "Explore News" button with slip down/up just like in "list view". (note: decibel content when filter or explore button are in) ???? 2-Put an "About us" button in Footer and below filter. 3-With Mouse scroll, left/right keyboard buttons and click on the right/left part of the Big-page it should flip. 4-Big-page's header is not fixed, it should be fixed. Perhaps less contrast in headers color. 5- Big-page’s Content mixed with Ads. 6-Open magazine/book icon for Big-Page not closed book icon J ??????????? List-View: 1-Slip down/up for "Explore new" with breadcrumbs information visible. 2-Find a way for How the user turns back from "list View" to "Landings page". 3- Content mixed with more Ads in different sizes. 4- When mouse-over, the "Category" icons and text should show in a darker color. 5-"Template language" and "Choose location" in footer with Slip Down/Up function. 6-Slid in/out categories. ( in "List-View" the slide should by default be expanded) "TV Channels" template must be designed. "Newspapers" template must be designed. I’ll send you mockups for these two. I need a designer with good communication skills, that can update me daily on the work progress.
