Genesis Theme Site Design & Development

I need to set up a beautifully created genesis (WP theme framework) website. I will share some sites that I like in private message. I will provide some high resolution images as well and I will provide the content for the banners and site too. Some of the requirements: 1. 100% Responsive design 2. Retina Ready 3. Unlimited Revisions during the project development phase (of course I am not the annoying client who never gets satisfied) 4. Optin Box on front page in side bar 5. Optin Box popping up each time a user scrolls to the bottom of the page (I will share example) 6. A social share plugin (I will share name; the title of the share and some other details may need to be edited 7. The optin box should be integrated with a newsletter system which I will choose and tell you (like wysija or aweber) 8. seo plugins set up (yoast, may be all in one seo), xml and other sitemap set up (no errors) 9. slideshow on front page (will have to make 3-5 banners for it) 10. Integrating (I have the logo already; you have to put it into the site) 11. on the right side of logo in the header I may need to get some text added 12. Some other minor things 13. The site must be optimized full for seo and spead and page load. Page size should be minimal and the site must pass the online page speed/size tests Please share your relevant works. By relevant I mean: 1. 3 WP development, theme design works 2. 3 PSD design works (best if these are for a digital agency, advertising agency, marketing agency, internet marketing company etc) 3. Extra points if you are good at genesis Terms: 1. Projects start at MY SERVER when I put 100% amount in milestone 2. I pay 10% when I approve the psd design 3. I pay rest of payment when all work is completed at my server and all source files (psd, etc ) are handed over to me) 4. I must have access to the admin as super administrator all the time (have had some bad experiences in the past with non professionals) 5. All work created belongs to me and you can't show it on you portfolio or anywhere else; you cant send/sell/share it anywhere either Thanks and all the best!
