Some Modifications on Pearl Studio (PHP Pro Shopping Cart)

Hello,

I am looking for a programmer, familar with PHP PayPal Pro Shopping Cart (from Pearl Studio), to complete a almost-done e-commerce site. The programmer who is working on the project was injuired and could not work on it.

The programmer needs to work on the following modification at this following web site [url removed, login to view] :

1. The main menu (about CoCo, Diamond Is, Shopping, FAQ) is not consistant in every page.

2. The submain menu for Shopping (Diamond, Pearl, CZ, Gemstone, Fashion Set) is not consistant (link and background).

3. Need to add the content for Site Map and Contact Us (content will be provided).

4. Background is repetitive in some pages. (should not be there)

5. Some backgrounds have I, II symbols. (should not be there)

6. Some links are broken.

8. Payment Info is not centered on the page.

9. Shopping page - Product Index should be center.

10. the re-design of the home page image. (just the inside image and some text).

I need the modification to be done in 1 week. NO UP-FRONT PAYMENT due to the incident with previous two programmers(take up-front payment, but did not deliver the project on time).
