We already have an existing website that needs a bit of updating and work done to it

The website in question is [login to view URL] This is an information website for speech and language therapists for people that work with brain injury We are a group of speech and language therapists that work on this committee outside of hours out of our own pockets so looking for the cheapest quote possible. I would also need to take any prospective quotes for work back to my committee before we sign off on payment. What needs doing with the website is as follows: - at the moment when attaching documents, they duplicate across tabs. This needs to be sorted so when I upload a document it goes under one tab only. - under every tab I want the ability to be able to write a small excerpt (or cut and paste a small amount of information i.e. 1-2 paragraphs) BUT I also want to be able to attach documents (mainly PDFs or power points or word docs). - I want to be able to attach links - Have a users forum where people can write questions and we can correspond with them through that. - the ability to change any of the wording for e.g.. on the front cover page and perhaps add in photos of the people - I will rarely add in videos or pictures - I like the member vote part on the left hand side so that needs cleaning up so I can use it - I also want a "update" to website with new information. I know this sounds like a long list. A friend of a friend has put together what you see and he is incredibly busy so am trying to find out how much it would cost and how long it would take to get it to where we need it. I honestly don't understand JOOMLA or have used it myself but I would be the one that needs to upload information etc. Hope this helps Nick P.S.
