Create a Wordpress Template

Need a customized wordpress template. I will need the following. There should be a google language editor for posting blogs, where I can also post in all the available google languages local to the country. blogs or the other languages which Google will provide me. Module to change the front end colors from the admin panel. Social network ribbon on the left, Posts should not include author detail, date or time. Header will use the logo uploaded and the there will be ALT text in the absecnce of logo, A horizontal menu bar and a search window and a wide dropdown Menu should appear .Dropdown menu will be large in size and will show all the categories as menu items for services. Home, aboutus, services, contactus and the footer should show you the recent posts with equal width in the title and news updates in 4 Columns and a menu bar horizontally. [login to view URL] option should be provided which calculates all the posts and pages and will add to the sitemap. content page should show me the news flash where we cans display the products with images and small paragraph of internal posts in a limit. Note: summarizing again, we need custom color changes on the template and secondly we need [login to view URL] where it can add the pages/posts automatically in hierarchy and google language editor to post the blogs where we can select different languages like french portuguese etc for posting.
