I need 6 new Joomla module positions to be re-configured to display correctly, then the Joomla site moved to new domain.

Good Morning. I need some minor work done on a website I built then I need to transer the entire site from one domain where it is being built to another domain. I am offering $50 for these services, I will NOT look at bids more than $50. I also need this work done immediately - today in fact. The website right now is hosted on another domain that i own called: [login to view URL] when the work is complete I will need help to transfer it to the actual domain that my partner owns called - [login to view URL] - I will provide Joomla Login and FTP access to both domains. This is a real estate website I built this site using the Protostar template that comes pre-installed on Joomla and I have been able to do most everything I need with it. But I needed a row of module positions between the main content body and the footer to display 5 'most recent listing' modules as well as a title module above all 5 new modules. These modules were all to be on a gray background that extended to the page's edges with no padding (even though the rest of the page content is padded at 15px) The solution I came up with was to insert them into a table and then use relative positioning to move them up to the location I want to display them. I also used relative positioning to move the footer to the bottom of the web page instead of below the webpage which is where it displayed by default. After creating the table and using relative position to move it and the footer, there were a couple of unintended consequences that i need help fixing. Please refer to the url to refer to view these issues - [login to view URL] 1 - On the display of the table, I would like the Module Title, Thumbnail, listing title, location, and price to be centered to each other. right now they are not centered and they appear different depending on which browser is being used. 2 - I need there to be 15px more padding added between the bottom of the listing price and the bottom of the table. 3 - After adding the table, there is now a horizontal scrollbar on the website which I do not understand because 960px is much narrower than my entire page. Please remove this horizontal scrollbar so the site remains fixed in the middle 4 - Also after adding the table - now on all other pages in the site there is a Horizontal line at the bottom of every other page in the site which I do not want. Please remove this. 5. - After using relative positioning to move the table and the footer to the correct location, now on the other pages the content stretches down and displays underneath the footer instead of extending the height of the page to fit. SO I either need the table fixed, or if there is a different way to position the modules and achieve the same goal that is fine as well. In Summary - I need 6 total module positions to display correctly - all located under the main content area and above the footer area. the first module is a full-page-width module right above a second full-page-width row of 5 modules equally sized at 20%. And I need the positioning of these modules and the footer to be fixed so that the page extends vertically to fit the content instead of the content appearing behind the footer area.
