PSD to Wordpress

​​Hi I have this 5 Sections ONE PAGE Website which is to be converted from PSD to WORDPRESS... 1. The navigation and header placement would be similar to this: [login to view URL] This includes the jumping downward arrow on the landing page and also how the header sits on the continuing pages after that. Possible changes from our end: Revision of map, location coordinates, menu prices. 2. Also have a Scrollorama effect as seen on [login to view URL] when you scroll down. I will award the project to the person who shows me the first page which is just about placing the image with the subscription form working, and a menu link below as shown in PSD.. All the pages content and images shall be editable easily with a VISUAL Editor so a non-techy person can also handle this.. Also the rest set of PSD will be provided shortly steadily so the Freelancer shall be patient.. You shall keep the design pixel perfect same colors and same fonts.
