LONG TERM HELP

Looking for a Company that can provide part time web development help for 20 hours per week. Will be working 1-5pm US EST. This time will grow to full time and we will continue to work with winner long term. PLEASE. No time-wasters. Bids will be deleted immediately if PMB has not been posted. This is a long-term opportunity. I am looking for the winning bidder to carry out up to 5 web projects per week if all goes smoothly with our first project. Below are a MUST: 1) Must be able to work the hours of 1-5pm US EST - Monday - Friday 2) Must communicate excellently with proper English 3) Must have excellent internet connection 4) Must have verifiable references 5) Must have portfolio of previous work 6) Should have front-end and back-end experience 7) Should have expertise in HTML, ASP, PHP, Flash, Java 8) Must work quickly, with daily updates. You should be working as web designers/coders full-time, available to work weekends when urgent work is required. 9) No Hassle - very important, must be totally smooth and efficient process. 10) MUST Be part of a company - no individuals from home.
