JAVA code - converting any color image into a maximum of 31 layers and shapes

Java programming for images that need to be prepared for special printing technology 1 - Load any color image from file, any resolution/size 2 - Convert the image, pixel by pixel, color by color, assign each color into a different layer or group, maximum 32 layers/colors, using an easy interface control panel 3 - In every color/layer make new shape from each pixel or group of pixels, choosing shapes/sizes from a pallet of 12 shapes (example a pallet of circles, triangles, squares and others (shapes sizes scalable from of 1mm - 50mm), each shape will be printed with a thickness of 0.2-3mm 4 - User is able to change/scale/focus and manipulate new shapes into other shapes and colors (scaling up to 2.0 x 2.0 meter print size) as well as density of shapes (pixel proximity to one another) increase fuzziness to create the illusion of image depth and distance from front to rear of image 5 - Show new composite image in 2D and simulated 3D (showing build of color droplets) 6 - Show layers, composite image and 3D image in JPEG and PSD (Photoshop format) 7 - Save each layer in color layer JPEG files: [login to view URL] J= Job Name(Text and/or numbers up to 8 characters) L= Layer number (00 to 16, 00 is the master image) C= Pantone color for Layer(Text and/or numbers up to 10 characters) R= Revision number(00 to 99, increment for each change revision of the layer or image) NOTES: Winning bidder will be required to sign an NDA
