We need a few wordpress plugins built, and would like to negotiate a discount to have more than one built by the same freelancer, if they are up for it..?

We are looking for a freelancer that "truly" knows how to build advanced wordpress plugins. The details of our projects, we feel are very vital and we would only like to discuss them with the freelancer that we do end up hiring. Because our plugin functions, and design ideas are "one-of-a-kind" we want to ensure that we have all © licenses for the plugins we design to be awarded to us/our business...no exceptions. In a nutshell: 1. We have some scripts that we have compiled, and all the functionality planned out within our design idea. This advanced plugin will mimic a particular website that we know of in particular (we will tell the freelancer that we hire, the name of the website that contains the functions we wish to build our ideas from. For a professional coder, or plugin builder; this shouldn't really be an extremely complicated thing because you will have a specific website to reference our main idea from...this way you can see the functions we want to clone but make even better...or at least for our niche idea. We have a specific plugin that already does something similar, but it is in pieces of HTML code; as we bought it off of CodeCanyon and that's how it came. It's in language written for a coder or plugin developer... We can build basic plugins but not this one we have in mind. We need someone that can really do it, because anything less than our design idea will be a big fail...this is an idea based off a current and particular function that already exists on a different, popular website. 2. We would like to be able to have an (App) built; one that we can use as a plugin for wordpress desktops and mobile devices. We have a multi-site and we would like the details of this app design-idea to be strictly confidential. Whoever does take on this project will be designing something very exciting and we really don't think it'll be too difficult; however, it is a function we haven't seen on the internet yet...at least we know there isn't a plugin built like this yet... This would have to be discussed "after" agreement to enter into contractual work with us. 3. This is a wordpress plugin; it is an advanced SEO plugin with a very easy to follow concept; the majority of the platform design-idea is backlinking sites together...many. We would like to negotiate with a Freelancer that is credible and is capable of building these projects. We have received many bids from freelancer.com to build each of these plugins for $180-$200 each. We would like to find someone that is a wiz at this and can give us a better deal than $200 each plugin. Whoever can do that, is capable and can do it really quickly will be who we hire. We don't have a lot of time to waste so we want to get the Freelancer going right away, and we would like the Freelancer to finish all the plugins within 1 week because we have to launch specific sites by then.
