21345 PayPal Script Error - PHP/SQL

Hi, I have an ecommerce script build in PHP/SQL/XML/Flash/Javascript and it works great on my server and also another persons server. The problem is I move it to this one server (VodaHost) and try to use it, part of the script does not work. The script works like this. 1) User checkmarks songs snd orders though paypal. 2) User and song download values are written to SQL db 3) User is returned to a [login to view URL] page and can enter their customer area from here. 4) Also and email with this customer area link is sent to the users paypal address. 5) This customer area now has the links to the songs they have ordered. This is taken from the db. The problem is, on this new server the songs are not being added to the customer area and the customer area link email is not being sent out to the user. Looking in the database the info has not been written like it is on the working servers. It seems as though there is something different with the new server I'm trying to install on because I can install the script fine on multiple hosting accounts and domain within my own server but not on this new one. Can also install fine on a few other servers. The script takes about 5 – 10 minutes to install. I will provide an installation instructions doc explaining how to set up the script if needed. NOTE: Please keep in mind when bidding that you might have to take the time to go through the script to understand how the code works. There is only about 8-10 .php files with only a couple pages code max in each one. Below is info regarding the two servers.
