Setup php Keyword/PPC Tracking with Landing Page Rotation Script

I need to integrate a landing page that rotates 3 or more affiliate offers with PPC/Keyword tracking software hosted on my server. The rotation script and affiliate cookie is working fine. It will rotate through the specified number of affiliate landing pages. But I when a do a test to simulate someone clicking on a PPC ad (i.e., the destination url), a unique SUBID is not recorded in the reports of my affiliate network (Clickbank, Neverblueads, HydraMedia, Azoogle, etc.) It seems to be an issue with the syntax and parameter of the destination url. You should be familiar with how keyword conversion tracking tools work. In particular, Xtreme Conversions ([login to view URL]) and Prosper202 ([login to view URL], since these are the two scripts I use for tracking. This should be an easy task for an experienced CPA affiliate marketer and/or a php programmer. I will also need to understand how to set up tracking of affiliate SUBIDS for landing pages that do NOT rotate which contain dynamically inserted keywords. For example, a review landing page with 3 outbound affiliate links. Ideally, I would prefer the coder to record a screen capture video (Camtasia) of the solution so I can repeat the process myself. This is a small project as is my budget.
