Shipping Cities Script (budget increased)

Please see the attached Shipping [login to view URL] for the raw data in excel. I require a PHP/MySQL script that will allow customers on Ebay to see what cities we ship to, as well as which service terminals go to each city. The four pieces of information are: Community Service Terminal Province Shipping Company I would like drop downs like this [Province] [First Letter of Community] [Communities] From the users perspective it will work like this: 1) They select the province drop down (all other drop downs are non-selectable at this point) 2) Once they select their province, the first letter of their community is selectable, so they select the letter. 3) The communities list becomes selectable 4) Once they select their community a list of Service terminals with the associated freight company will show up on the page. This will all be done without a page refresh so Javascript or some variant of AJAX will be required. The database should be normalized, something like this: table: serviceterminal serviceterminalid terminal freightcompany table: province provinceid province table: community communityid community serviceterminalid (foreign key) provinceid (foreign key) relationships: serviceterminal has many community province has many community Project requirements: -Required to work with Firefox & IE -I will need to add this to my ebay auctions through iframes, popups, or a link. (In my order of preference) -You need to be available to help install it. Most likely simply things like renaming a table or database for my server. -It should run fast -Code should be neat, commented in English, and well organized With your bid please include your price and time to deliver.
