Small Php/Javascript Script

Viewing: [login to view URL] I'd like to convert this code into a generator script. The user should be able to choose between style 1, 2, and 3. From there they can then choose the font color, font size, font style, alignment, background color, line-height, border bottom size & color. As you can see, all that is needed is in the code already; so it would consist of allowing the user to choose that they would like in that place (ex: color:#00000) It will then generate them a simple code like the ones shown in the example.
