Stock Photo Website - A Simple Upload Section

I own a stock photo website but the upload capabilities are uploaded, i need a programmer who can quickly & simply create a few pages. Key ability is able to photo meta tag imports, but i have a few scripts which may help. 1. Upload Page - consists of an Upload Button, capable of uploading dozens of photos at once (DONE) this page needs to be simplified to basically only contain this upload button & short decription, currently it contains the whole upload form. 2. Once the user has uploaded all photos, they click link to "process uploaded photos" which then takes them to another page that shows each photo in a list, with check box on the left, then photo, and title, description, keywords, and categories select (already exists) on the right. User can use this page to Edit, Submit or Delete the selected photos. 3. All submitted photos are then sent to the admin, with the same page layout, but with Decline or Approve buttons Photo prices default set to 1$ very small 2$small 3$medium 5$ large. Step 2 must use meta tag import to import all the info from the uploaded photos, and place that users photo info into the database. Step 3 must make the photo live if approved and send a brief email to users to let them know if their photos are approved or declined. 1 email per photo. .
