Copying/re-making a static website (PHP, HTML,)

A very simple project. I will give you link to a website (static website). You just have to copy every page (you can save everypage from internet explroer, if you want) and create the same identical website. The problem is that the original website was made as part of a bigger dynamic website. Now the original website is controlled by the bigger dynamic website. So, all I want to do is copy some pages of the original website and create a stand-alone deployable version of the website without touching the original big website. So, it has pages like: 1. Home 2. Services 3. Products 4. Contact and a few more pages like this. I would like you to create the website in PHP or JSP. So that header/footer and menu bar can be maintained in one place. If you create in plain-html then we have to make changes in every page, if something changes. It's a simple project and I think it can be done in 1 day or 2 days. Thanks. ## Deliverables Right now, if we try to stop some pages of the bigger website, it also deletes/stops the pages we want to be displayed. That's why, we want to create a simple mini-website which is standalone and can be easily deployed. You'll have to use CSS, HTML/XHTML, Java Script, PHP maybe even AJAX somewhere, if required. and you will also have to write form-email (contact us form or something like that). The site should be optimized for 800x600 layout and should fully work in in Internet Explorer 5 and above. FireFox 1.5 and above. And Safari. Thanks.
