Postnuke/phpBB2, Linux, Recently Updated, Looking for Bug Fixes, Custom Color Scheme Matching, and Additional Modules/Code/Updates

This is an exsisting website that was built in 2002, & since then, we've updated the various modules, added content, etc. and there have been a few bugs that have just surfaced over time. I'm looking for someone to update/clean/debug most of the site, in addition to editing a few CSS color scheme options for the phpBB2. I suppose this work would best be described as "a thorough cleaning/reconditioning/restoration." I have worked with foreign coders from this site in the past. With that said, I'd much rather have a fluent English speaking coder from the US if at all possible. I'm sure that narrows the possibilities quite a bit, but I'm hoping the amount offered for this job will make up for that. I'd prefer a coder with plenty of postnuke & phpBB2 experience as I'm looking into just making sure we've got the best & most up-to-date/secure modules, & I need a few of the exsisting modules/blocks cleaned and repaired to match our custom color schemes.
