I need a professional school portal for Indian schools. The software would include: 1. User management - Students, Parents, Teachers, Admins 2. Scripts for user data loading 3. Email for all students - Emails should get created at the time of initial setup 4. Permission specific forums for all members 5. Tutorials 6. Online quizzing 7. Question bank 8. News 9. Time table management 10. Announcements - Group specific - such as for parents, students, teachers or parents of students of a particular class [login to view URL] with other software such as a Flash script (we will provide these). The team would preferrably have experience working with CMS such as xoops. [login to view URL] features like Birthday greetings, Reminders on Fees, Tests, School Events We would also need 2 professional templates for all this school portal. I will be using at my 2 school branches. We need a team which can deliver fast and on time. We will welcome your ideas and suggestions. Good job can lead to many other projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Unix servers, PHP/MySQL and AJAX preferrably.
